Counselling Plus offers confidential counselling in Eastbourne to those  aged 16 and over who are on low incomes or benefits. They can work one to one with people at times of stress, change, pain or loss. The service also supports young people aged 16 to 25 who self-harm and have specialist counsellors trained to work with people who have been raped or sexually assaulted and those suffering domestic violence and abuse.  There are currently eight counsellors based at the Citizens Advice Bureau in Highlight House, St. Leonard’s Road, Eastbourne on Tuesdays from 1pm to 7pm and Wednesdays from 4pm to 7pm.
