Walking groups

If you prefer to walk with other people, why not join an organised walk or group? Walking with your children to school is a great way to get active yourself as well as encouraging your children to be active.  Walking buses are springing up around town to encourage more children to walk to school. Alternatively you could join one of the many health walks organised in different parks and along the seafront.

Health Walks take place every week throughout the year. All walks last in between half an hour and an hour.
The walks are easy and suitable for all ages and abilities. Stiles and tricky terrain have been avoided. All walks have wet weather alternatives and can be adapted to suit your needs.

If you are aged 50 or over you may prefer to join walks organised specifically with your needs in mind Health Walks

For more challenging walking you could join a local Ramblers Group such as Beachy Head Ramblers or join the Annual South Downs Way walk?
