Healthy Living Club for over 50s

Age UK East Sussex

The Healthy Living Club, run by Age UK East Sussex, provides support to people aged 50 or over who would like to improve their health – whether that is to become more active, make changes to have a healthier diet or to make new friends.

The Healthy Living Club is a friendly, local club, providing a welcoming environment where you can get involved in fun activities and receive information and support on healthy living. The club is for you, with you giving suggestions on what activities you would like to do and the support you would like to receive to help you improve your health.

The club is for 2 hours every fortnight and there is a charge of 50p which goes towards refreshments.

Come along (no need to book) and get involved in activities such as boccia, new age kurling, ping pong or chair-based exercise to name but a few.

Dates of the club can be found on the events page of the Healthy Eastbourne web site and for further information and/or if you would like to volunteer at the club please contact:
