Supporting you to support others

 We want to encourage local people who lead mentally and physically healthy and active lifestyles to inspire and motivate their friends, family, neighbours and local community to make small positive changes towards living a healthier life.

We want to offer you the opportunity to showcase how you made those changes towards a more active and healthier lifestyle, so that you may encourage others within your community to make small, manageable changes to their lifestyles.

You can get involved as much or as little as you would like; you can make an informal pledge and spread the health message through word of mouth within your neighbourhood or community group, or you may choose to create your own group or project by running workshops, starting an exercise group or finding a creative way of sharing your experiences with others.

We can help you to achieve this by offering ongoing support, which would include promotional material, advice and information, signposting and referral, support with any admin or record keeping, and possibly a venue or space to run a group if you need it.
